"Great location, five minutes' walk north of Leidseplein (restaurantsville) and five/ten minutes' walk south of Dam Square and the Red Light district.
Rooms vary in size - ours overlooked the canal and was adequate, but our travelling partners had a huge room that overlooked the front of the hotel. All-in-all, an old hotel with lots of history and character but not falling into disrepair."
